Our Team
Our team at Enlightened Creative and Wellness Solutions is made up of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds. We work together to provide our clients with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Rooted in a deep commitment to music, criminal justice reform, and the power of healing, our Founder and CEO channeled personal experiences with violence and a family member, a U.S. Veteran, who was incarcerated, and turned her passion into a dedicated mission for societal change.

With nearly 15 years of law enforcement and public safety experience across federal, state, and local levels, Ms. Twyman has risen to executive leadership, driving impactful change in several industries in not just criminal justice, but also entertainment. As a behavioral health specialist, her expertise lies in violence prevention, crisis management, criminal justice transformation, and trauma-informed care for both youth and adults. Her work extends internationally, including the passage of historic legislation, organizing delegations, and recently collaborations with Ghanaian leadership on domestic violence and developmental initiatives. Recognized with multiple awards for her contributions to violence prevention and prison reentry, Ms. Twyman is dedicated to fostering safer and more equitable communities, and scaling small to large organizations into the future with innovative approaches.
